Tea leaf salad

Myanmar curry

The bean porridge is topped with noodles, served with chicken or pork, some chili oil, sweet and sour vegetables and broth. It is a strange combination but worth a try.

Mohinga fish noodles

Considered by many to be the typical dish of Myanmar people. Bun has a rich broth made from fish and herbs. To make the dish more tasty, visitors can squeeze lemon and add dried chili.
